my . artist run website

Hey Everyone!

I was busy again working on some paintings for St. Thomas.  I do all acrylic on 8x10" canvas panels to be sold in Castaways Boutique at Sugar Bay Resort, St. Thomas V.I.  They have been selling pretty well there and every couple of months, Bill Slosky, the owner of the boutique asks me to do more.

They are all tropical island landscapes and seascape, which is not my usual style, but that,of course, is the style the guests at the resort like to buy.

If you see something that you like and would like one like it, let me know which one and what size you want, and I'll do one for you.  It won't be exactly like it, but very close.  (No two paintings will ever turn out exactly alike.)  Before you pay for it and I ship it, I'll send you a photo of it so you can determine at that time if it's want you want.

Here are a few that I did:

Please excuse the newspaper that I have the paintings laying on.  I put them on newspaper when I put the varnish on.

I guess that's it, for now!  More later...

I just got finished with doing some tropical paintings to be sold in Castaways Boutque in St. Thomas, VI.  You can visit the shop online:

I haven't done florals for awhile, so I've decided to start doing more florals. So keep looking at my website for the floral paintings!

Have a great day!

Hi Everyone!

I've been very busy getting some paintings ready to ship off to St. Thomas V.I.  I just wanted to let you see them and if there's any that you like and would like to have one similar, just drop me an email, let me know which one and what size you would like and I can do one for you.  It won't be exactly alike, because, no matter how hard I try to redo them exactly, I never can.  But, I guess that's a good thing, because then you always know you have a 'one of a kind'.

Thank you for looking!

Hi Everyone,

Spring is here and it's time to open the windows and get that breeze coming through the house!  This is the way it is for most of the country, but, here in Florida, it's the opposite.

Here in Florida, when summer comes and the temperature starts climbing to the 90's, the windows get closed and the air condition comes on.  Sometimes I really wish I could live back in PA.  I miss the rolling hills, the curvy roads and the cool breeze.  Of course, I don't miss those really humid days of summer there either.

Since Summer is coming and that's the time people like to go to the beach, I'll have to start doing more paintings around the beaches.  I enjoy doing the country paintings, but, now the people of the country are going to the beach on vacation, so I have to do more tropical and beach scenes.

I hope you will like them!

Have a wonderful summer! :)

Thank you!

Hi Everyone,

I had some surgery and I'm slowly recovering.  I thought while I have to stay in and take off 6 weeks of work on my regular job, that I would have a lot of time to paint  to get stocked up. Ha!  I don't have that much energy, but, I just wanted to let you know that I'm slowly but surely working on new pieces all the time.  It's just taking me longer to do them now because I can only do a little at a time.

I'm sure before I know it, I'll be all healed up and back into full swing again.

Until then....

Take care and Best Regards,

Hi Everyone!

I was in California visiting with my family.  We celebrated my father's 90th birthday!  That was a real joy, especially since he's in good health and still active.

So, I'm back now and painting again!  If you want me to do a painting for you, let me know via email, give me the details and I'll do my best.  Of course, I'll send you pictures of it before I send it to make sure it's what you want.

Take care! and thanks for viewing my paintings!

Best Regards,
